Andrew Wexler, Founder & Managing Member

Andrew Wexler is the founder of A Squared Consulting Services LLC which offers concierge real estate consulting and advisory services.  A Squared was built around the belief that there are no such thing as problems, only solutions.

Prior to founding A Squared, Andrew spent 30 years in commercial real estate working at Chelsea Property Group (acquired by Simon Property Group), a publicly traded REIT, The Schonbraun McCann Group (acquired by FTI Consulting) a boutique real estate consulting firm and Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. a privately held real estate investment company.   His experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and financing of retail, office and luxury residential properties across the U.S.
