A Squared Consulting Services is a concierge commercial real estate consulting firm specializing in obtaining financing in the amounts of $1 mil - $10 mil. While there are a limited number of lenders that focus on this deal size, A Squared has identified and built relationships with those that are in this market. Higher loan amounts also available.
A Squared has experience transacting in several markets across the U.S. with a focus on New York, New Jersey and South Florida, and in several asset types including mixed-use, owner-occupied, multi-family and retail condos.
A Squared is also experienced with financing of luxury properties used as a primary residence or investment property including single-family-residences, condos and co-ops in New York City, The Hamptons, South Florida and the New Jersey Shore.
Our Services Include:
Identify potential lenders for our clients
Negotiate business terms of loans, term sheets and loan documents
Point person with the lenders for all necessary steps needed through closing of any transaction
Review and comment on business terms in partner operating agreements
Participate in calls/meetings with client related professionals including attorneys, accountants and other consultants
Appraisal management: including coordinating appraisals, providing documents to the appraiser and review and comment on appraisal reports
